Balayage is perfect for anyone who is eager for change. If you don't know what balayage is, it's when your roots are the darkest and the tips of your hair are the lightest-- kind of like ombre. As bad as it sounds, it's almost as if you let your roots grow out (but in a totally stylish, not disgusting looking way, haha).
