Why did I choose this product?
When this product first launched, there were too many great reviews to not give it a go. I was always a Better Than Sex mascara by Too Faced fan, and I still love that product, but this mascara gives your lashes a different look.
After a month of wearing it, this is what I noticed:
This mascara has short bristles, but also long hook-like ones on the opposite side of the brush. This makes your lashes look the longest without getting clumpy. What I love about this product is that your lashes look long and fluttery which that lasts all day. It is such a long wearing product. The only down side about this mascara is that it dries up so so fast. After about a month and a half the product becomes almost unusable, and kind of hurts to apply because it's so dry. For some people, it isn't worth it to spend nearly $30 every other month for mascara. If you have the budget for it, then I 100% recommend it, and know you'll love it! If not-- that's ok, too! There are so many other great mascaras.
How to get the best results with this product:
Apply setting spray before putting on this mascara, because you will see a black smugde under your eye if you spray it after... no good! I aways, always, always curl my lashes before applying my mascara because it ensures longer lashes all day, and makes the applying process much less of a hassle.
SHOP THE JEWELRY :
Happy Easter, everyone! I hope you all are having a wonderful day, and celebrating with friends and family. Easter is all about being with the ones you love, and remembering the true meaning of the holiday. Yesterday, three of my closest gal pals and I dyed eggs and tried to be as festive as possible. I always thought hard boiling eggs was easy... until I realized I had absolutely no idea how to do it. SO, after countless attempts to cook these eggs (yes, the same eggs), we decided to give up and just start decorating them. MORAL OF THE STORY: 1) the eggs pictured in these photos are, I'm sure, 100% not edible and 2) I still don't know how to boil eggs. Happy Easter!
