Finding the perfect pair of jeans is just about as tricky as doing a winged eyeliner... And trust me, if you've ever tried to master the sharpest wing or find jeans that hugs you in all the right paces, you know that it is HARD WORK! I'll take it one step at a time, so, today, I'll share all my tips and tricks for finding your soulmate jeans.
There is nothing better than strutting your stuff in that one pair of jeans that make you look like a million bucks. If you try on jeans at the store, and you aren't in love with them, PUT THEM BACK! It's science, you always love things more in the dressing room, so if you aren't 100% at the store then you'll end up wasting your money... Keep searching!
Jeans are a lot like boys.... A girl needs options!! You've gotta test the waters before you commit. Date around! To find your soulmate jeans you need to try different stores, sizes, and styles. Don't let the first pair hold you back from buying other jeans. There are plenty of fish in the sea... and by fish, I mean JEANS!
If you're anything like me the regular jean length just isn't enough. Yes, I'm a giant. But luckily for us giants, certain brands sell jeans in tall (or petite, if you have the opposite problem). Most of the time you have to order them online, so just go into the store and try them on so you know what size, and then order them online! Madewell is my go-to brand (they sell in tall and taller!).
SHOUTOUT to Khloe Kardashian!!!! Khloe K. knows the struggle curvy girls have while shopping for jeans, that's why she created the brand Good American which caters to all body types. Just because you have a big booty doesn't mean you should lower your jean standards by buying a pair that doesn't fit right. Work what ya mama gave you!!! Find jeans that hug your booty and truly give you a KARDASHIAN BUTT!
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Once you've found your soulmate jeans, STICK TO THEM! If you're positive that brand fits you, don't make it harder on yourself by always searching for jeans. Stick to what you know!
